What is included with Standard Grass Service?

• Mowing of the grass.  This includes all grass front and back unless requested otherwise; grass will

  be mowed with a professional rotary mower.

• Edging of the grass.  Edging is done with a line trimmer to cut and detail areas the mower cannot.

• Blowing off the driveways, patios and sidewalks. This cleans these areas similar to sweeping.

• Fertilizing the lawn 10 times throughout the year. We use top grade fertilizers and fertilize at 

  ideal times for your grass.

• Adjusting the sprinkler timer.  Seasonally as needed or sending out recommendation letters to

  those customers without an accessible timer.

• Dethatching the lawn annually (with rye install).

• Winter lawn installation. First class job for a great price (additional cost).

• Full sprinkler and drip repair available if needed (additional cost).

How is my monthly maintenance charge determined?

     The monthly maintenance charge is dependent upon the size and complexity of your lawn.  Highly complex lawns may add to your square footage, but in general, affect less than 5% of our estimates.  An example of a complex lawn may be one with a playground in the grass, several patches, and/or require the lawnmower to be carried up a staircase.

Upgrades:

     Grass Haul

If you would like us to dispose of the lawn clippings rather than leaving them we charge a $5 per month dump fee.  Otherwise we will put the grass clippings in a bag and place them in your trashcan, or by the back gate if a trash can is not accessible.

     Deluxe

This service includes the Standard service with the additional benefits listed below.  This service is available for an additional $10 per month regardless of the size of your lawn.

• Weed control for the grass area

• Annual gypsum treatment of the lawn (helps loosen the soil and increase drainage)

• Dethatching the lawn a 2nd time in the spring

     Premium

This service includes the Deluxe service with the additional benefits listed below. This service is available for an additional $20 per month regardless of the size of your lawn.

• Vertical edging of the grass in areas where applicable (i.e. next to a driveway or side walk)

• Annual aeration of the lawn (many benefits such as gas exchange & de-compaction of the soil)
