How are we able to offer competitive pricing with a service that blows away the competition?  Since we specialize in grass & weeds only, we are able to focus all of our efforts on making these services the best in the industry at the best price.

 

 

What is included with Standard Grass Service?

• Mowing of the grass with a professional rotary mower.

• Edging of the grass.  Edging is done with a line trimmer to cut and detail areas the mower cannot.

• Blowing off the driveways, patios and sidewalks. This does not include blowing out rock areas.

• Fertilizing the lawn 10 times throughout the year. We use top grade fertilizers at ideal times.

• Adjusting the sprinkler timer.  Seasonally as needed or recommendations if no timer access.

 

How is the monthly maintenance charge determined?

The monthly maintenance charge is dependent upon the size and complexity of your lawn.  Highly complex lawns may add to your square footage.  An example of a complex lawn may be one with a playground in the grass, several patches, and/or require the lawnmower to be carried up a staircase.

  Upgrades:

     Grass Haul

       If you would like us to dispose of the lawn clippings rather than leaving them we charge a $5 per month disposal fee.  
          (Otherwise we will put the grass clippings in a bag and place them in your trashcan, or by the back gate if a trash can is not accessible.)

     Deluxe Grass Service

       This service includes the Standard service plus weed control for the grass.  

       This service is available for an additional $10 per month regardless of the size of your lawn!

     

     Optional Services:

       • Winter lawn installation.  First class job for an excellent price!

       • Full sprinkler and drip repair available if needed, great pricing!

Weed Spray Service

 

 

  What is included with Weed Service?

     • We spray all weeds in the ROCK & Concrete areas with a top of the line weed killer best suited

        for the season. This does not include pulling weeds or weeds in the grass. 

 

  How is the monthly maintenance charge determined?

     This service is monthly and offered at cost, which is dependent on the size of the rock area to be treated.  The first month is considered a start up month

      to get the weeds under control with every continuing month being HALF the price of the start up month to maintain.  If you take a month or more off

      from service, restarting service will be considered a “start up”. 

       *Because this is an at-cost service a $5 surcharge will be added if not combined with other services.
