How does the billing process work?
We bill in advance collecting payment on the 1st of the month for that month. We do prorate the month’s billing if you start or stop a service in the middle of the month. You will receive your invoice approximately two weeks before the payment is due by email or mail.
What if I like to keep my gate locked?
We can provide a three-digit combo lock (at no charge to you) that will allow access to the back yard without sacrificing security.
What if I have a dog?
We like dogs and most of our customers have dogs, because of this we make sure to keep the gate closed at all times as well as try to get to know your dog.
Will you ever be off schedule?
Once scheduled on a particular day it should be very consistent with the exception of weather, holidays, or employee illness. There may be 1 or 2 changes to your scheduled day a year due to growth or changes in employee status.
Some other important info/holiday scheduling.
Grass Guys / Pool Geezer only charge for 4 visits per month or 48 weeks of the year (for weekly service), and 2 visits per month or 24 weeks of the year (for biweekly service).
The 4 visits that we do not charge for (customers with weekly service) are:
· 1 visit for alternate holiday: (Memorial Day (Mon), Independence Day (Wed), Labor Day (Tue), and Thanksgiving Day (Thu & Fri)
· 1 visit for rye installation (rye season)
· 1 visit for grass to germinate (rye season)
· 1 visit for Christmas holidays
The 2 visits for we do not charge for (customers with biweekly service) are:
· 1 visit for rye installation (rye season)
· 1 visit for Christmas holidays
