CHANGE IN SERVICE
As always Grass Guys is constantly striving to offer the best possible value to our customers. Each year as prices on everything increase, Grass Guys has found creative ways to maintain our low prices while providing a great service! This year after taking lots of input from our customers, Grass Guys has decided to change our monthly prices slightly so we can once again offer FREE WINTER LAWN INSTALLATION, saving the average customer $60 per year! We can accomplish this by raising about 50% of our customers by only $5 per month! These changes will go in effect April 1st which means the price difference will equate to everyone getting rye this coming October for only $30!
If your current amount due ends in a 4 (ex. $44) then your price will remain the same and you will get FREE RYE! If your current amount ends in a 9 (ex. $49) then your price will increase by only $5 per month and you will get FREE RYE! If you have a very small lawn (under 500 sq. ft.) and you are currently paying $39 your price will stay the same and you will get FREE RYE! (However, for these very small lawns we can no longer offer weekly service for only $39 per month, so to keep your price the same we will switch your schedule to biweekly. Please call if you still want weekly service for a price increase.)

NEW PAYMENT OPTIONS
Another change we are making to keep our prices low is that we can no longer accept credit cards as a form of payment. Unfortunately, the credit card companies charge too much, forcing us to either drastically increase our prices or to take other forms of payment. To avoid raising our rates substantially due to high credit card cost, we have opted to no longer accept credit cards After March 31st 2014.
Forms of acceptable payment include:
1. Good old-fashioned paper checks
2. Bill Pay checks through your bank (please update to our new address)
3. Go to our website and click the “Pay By IPN” button on the Pay Your Invoice Tab
4. Follow the link on your email invoice
